Visitor Services and Zoo Rules

Face masks are no longer required to enter the zoo.

HOWEVER

Indoors, in the bathrooms, gift shop and in other buildings
 you MUST wear a mask to enter.
Hand Sanitizer are stationed throughout the zoo.
Be respectful and keep distance. 

Animal Feeding

Feeding is not permitted. All of the animals are on special diets. 


Animal Petting

Please do not touch the animals for your safety.


Pets

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted within the Zoo.

 

Zoo Barriers

These are here for the safety of both you and the animals. Do not cross any railing, fence or other barrier, as this can be very dangerous. Pleas stay on the path.


Bicycles/Scooters/Skateboards

These are not permitted inside the Zoo. 


Gift Shop

The General Store is located in the Zoo’s entry plaza, just inside the Zoo gate. 


Food/Drink

Mobile carts offering a variety of food and drinks are available at the Zoo entry plaza, as well as just outside the Zoo entrance. 

Restrooms

Located in the Farmyard, as well as inside the Education/Discovery Center.

 

Strollers

Stroller rentals are available at the General Store. 


First Aid

First aid stations are located at the zoo entrance (see a security officer) or at the Zoo Office. 


Animal Donations

While we will help you find an appropriate outlet, the zoo does not accept injured or orphaned wildlife or unwanted pets.
