FAQ for Our Membership
How long does my membership last?
All memberships are designed to last one rolling year!

Is there a limit on how many times I can visit under the
 membership?
Nope, come everyday if you like to!

How will I prove I'm a member?
When you purchase your membership you will receive 2 
membership cards that you must show at the gate to 
allow entrance under the membership

When will my cards arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process and mail you
 your membership cards

How soon can I begin my membership?
Instantly, if you purchase your membership on Communitypass you will receive an email receipt that will grant you access into the zoo temporarily under your membership until your cards come

Is my membership transferable?
No, Memberships are only for the person/family that purchased it.

What if I lose my membership cards?
We will print you new cards for a $10 fee. Please log onto community pass and register for activity, "replacement cards" and we will make you new ones.

What happens when my membership expires?
All memberships last one year, you should receive an email notifying you that it is about to expire, we hope you have enjoyed your time supporting the zoo and chose to renew it!!

I have more than 4 children, how can you accommodate my family?
All our memberships are limited to 2 adults and up to 4 children, you may add more children for an additional $25 per child


What is considered a child?
Anyone under the age of 18 is a child, 18 and older is an adult

Are train and carousel rides included in the membership?
No, Train and Carousel rides are separate
